This is the first time I've seen this page. We bought a Cougar 5th wheel from Adventure a few years back. While campground hosting at Vedauwoo we had trouble with the refridgerator. It would just quit on us. We brought it in to them I think twice to trouble shoot. When nothing seemed to work, they went to Keystone for ideas. Keystone suggested an adjustment in the back of the refrigerator for higher altitude. Adjustment was made, problem solved.
We also had them add a few accessories and do a modification for us. Oh yea... They also replaced a door. I felt the problems were nothing that were unusual for a new unit, but I and my wife were pleased at how the staff came together to solve our problems. I'm sure we about drove them crazy trying to get a washer dryer unit in there.
This was the first RV that we have purchased locally and we have been nothing but pleased. Service was top notch. Thank you to Lindy and all of the guys - Brian
We were doing a rv rental relocation when the status panel malfunctioned. The rental company located Adventure RV as they were within 30 min. of our location. The service department got us in immediately and one hour later our problem was resolved and we were happily on the road again. Also, their labor rate was reasonable. I can't say enough good things about how our problem was resolved. - Jane

We travelled over 1,300 miles (20 hours) round trip to purchase our new RV from Adventure after getting the run around from a dealer within our State. Our sales associate Harold made our experience so easy and saved us literally thousands of dollars as compared to our local dealer. The entire dealership experience was a dream from the moment we arrived on site. This dealership is an absolute must for anyone shopping for a camper.
